[Principles of Strategy] What is the difference between hedging strategies and unilateral thinking?

FAQ 2025-12-24 11:23 Last Updated: 2026-07-26 22:11

Hedging strategies usually focus on the performance of both sides of the relevant variety at the same time, which is different from purely unilateral trend thinking. When both sides go up and down, the system may take less action; the logic of adding positions also varies depending on the strategy.

  • Floating losses do not represent the final result; nor do they mean "inevitable big profits".
  • There is still a risk in increasing your position. Please make your own assessment based on margin and leverage.
